This McQuaig Essentials workshop is designed as a high-level overview of McQuaig. It's ideal for anyone who needs to understand the basics, but does not need to undergo full interpreter training (as they have access to accredited interpreters within their business).

Description

This session will provide essential information on:

  • Why we use psychometrics
  • The McQuaig Psychometric System and it’s 3 most frequently used tools – WordSurvey, Mental Agility Test and Self-development Survey
  • The personality traits which underpin the system as well as getting started with some simple interpretation of the McQuaig WordSurvey.
