This workshop focuses on providing an overview of all seven McQuaig tools, why and how to use them to support role benchmarking, successful recruitment, onboarding and development of people.
Description
This workshop provides a focus on the McQuaig tools and how they can be used in benchmarking, recruitment, development and retention of employees. It also provides guidance on giving feedback to individuals on their McQuaig Word Survey and Self-development report to ensure BPS compliance.
Prerequisites
Please attend Level 1 Module A prior to this workshop. You should also have completed your McQuaig Word Survey.
